Teacher Appreciation Week May 6-10

Dear Harvard Parents,

Next week is Teacher Appreciation Week (May 6–10)! Let’s encourage our children to show their gratitude with small, thoughtful gestures. Our teachers have worked incredibly hard this school year, and even the simplest act of kindness can mean a lot.

Here’s how your child can participate each day:

Monday, May 6: Write a note to your teacher that begins with,
Dear Ms./Mr. ______, You are special because…
Include three reasons why they are appreciated.

Tuesday, May 7: Bring or make a flower for your teacher.

Wednesday, May 8: Draw a picture for your teacher or write a HUSKIE Kindness Note.

Thursday, May 9: Show your teacher how sweet they are by bringing a sweet treat.

Friday, May 10: Be creative! Find a unique way to show your teacher how much you appreciate everything they do.

Thank you for helping us celebrate the amazing educators who make a difference every day!
