For success in learning, students need opportunities to interact with good books by reading them and by using them to do research and homework. Access to books is one way that we hope to improve your child’s opportunity for academic success.

Harvard Elementary School , students visit the school library weekly to explore the collection, select books that spark their interests, and listen to stories. Harvard Elementary School is here to help students develop a sense of curiosity and a love for reading and learning.

Parents: Library Use Agreement
Your child must have a Library Use Agreement form on file with the librarian in order to borrow books. By signing this you agree to:
*Keep books in good condition.
*Find a safe place to keep books at home.
*Return books to the library on time.
*Parents will be expected to pay the replacement price for any lost or damaged books (Education Code 48904). The school is authorized to withhold the grades, diploma, and transcripts of students until the obligation is cleared.
